Punish The Deed, Not The Breed

BSL = Breed Specific Legislation, these are laws that pertain only to certain breeds of dogs, dogs deemed "dangerous". These laws are unfair to responsible dogs owners who know how to handle their breed.

And yes I did draw bitches instead of male dogs, for reference I watched a dog fight fight and I was surprised to see the females fighting, and they still had large teats from lactation. Those poor mothers are bred like machines and are still forced to fight.
